Villa Mimosa : Seaview & Nature

Renovated finca with a unique location in green nature with sea views, privacy and proximity to Moraira, Benissa and Calpe's restaurants, beaches, shops and eateries (first restaurants and small supermarket at 1 to 1.5 km). In addition, guests can enjoy the large sun terrace newly renovated in 2022 with a brand new and extra large 12x5 meter (heatable) swimming pool, the cozy pool bar, the tastefully renovated sea view rooms, the new luxurious furniture, and the entertainment facilities such as petanque, table tennis, slides and swings,

Winter & Summer: thanks to the perfect location on the south, the heated swimming pool (on request we can raise the temperature 'at best effort' at an additional cost of 1.3 euros per hour of the heat pump used), and the cozy living room with fireplace and several sun terraces, the villa is also ideal for spending sunny autumn / winter / spring holidays. In winter you can also enjoy the wood stove in the living room.

LOCATION:
The villa is located at the end of a cul-de-sac between olive groves, vineyards, almond trees and mimosa flowers. Smack dab in the geographic center of the Moraira-Calpe Benissa triangle also means that the villa is in the one and only 'green spot' of this area's famous hillside sea view, in a verdant valley.
The well-known restaurant in Canis Benimarco is 1 km away uphill, and the nearest (small) supermarket with a tasty fresh bakery is 1.5 km away. The coastal road near the sea is 3.5 km downhill from the villa, with time immediate access to the sea via Baladrar (beach bar great summer!) or Cala Advocat (great restaurant La Paillotte!), both about 4 km from the villa. Not only are there more than 200 restaurants within a radius of 8 km (for Moraira, Calpe, Benissa), but also numerous bars, hiking trails, beaches / creeks, etc. ...

DOMAIN:
The house is located on a 2300 square meter domain with several terraces, olive oil, palm trees, citrus, almond and apricot trees. It borders an olive grove, woodland and a private safari park run by a South African family who live on the other side of the valley. So from the terrace you can simply observe wild animals such as antelope and zebra (don't worry, there is a secure fence). Fun for the kids.

Around the pool is a large terrace with bar, dining area and outdoor kitchen. A little further on is a second terrace, this is the 'entertainment area' with petanque, bali bed, ping pong table, child's swing, children's slide and small artificial grass area for the children to play.

VILLA:
How is the composition of the villa? You enter the domain through the gate at the end of the dead end street. It immediately gives your time a nice view of the sea on the south side (the whole villa and the terrace faces south, sun all day). From the car park you can choose to go around the top floor of the villa or the bottom floor. On the top floor you have a fully equipped 'winter kitchen', a dining room and Ibiza-inspired living room with fireplace, satellite TV and above all offers a breathtaking view over the sea and the green valley. From the living room you enter through a 3 meter wide glass door upper terrace with lounge seating and additional dining area . Also on this floor you will find the master bedroom with a double bed (180cm x 200cm) and baby bed (wood, with thick baby mattress) and a spare single bed (90cm x 200cm) in separate room. Also on this floor is a room with a double bed, ideal for children or singles. Finally, here there is a large family bathroom with a bath and a shower.

From this floor you can go through the internal or external stairs to the lower floor, at the level of the swimming pool, large terrace and outside the bar / dining room. On this floor you will find 3 new rooms with sea view, each with a bedroom + hallway + bathroom + WC + wardrobe space, and direct access to a terrace. The ensuite bathrooms all have a large shower room. One of these rooms has 3 beds (a double bed and a single bed in a separate room). So in total there are 5 bedrooms with 12 sleeping places (more cots if necessary). Of the 5 bedrooms, 4 are south-facing and with air conditioning, and 1 north-facing double room with air conditioning. Also on this floor is a newly installed and fully equipped summer kitchen. From this kitchen you can go directly outside on the terrace with a large covered dining table and a tropical bar by the pool, a BBQ veranda (with outdoor kitchen and fridge).
