Casa Kien

Authentic Spanish villa in Benissa Costera on a unique flat plot of 1200 m2 on the Costa Blanca. 
In addition to sun, the best climate in Europe and beautiful bays, this region also has a rich nature and culture. Valencia and Alicante are within easy reach and are well worth a visit. Benissa is a real Spanish village and the beautiful towns and villages such as Altea, Calpe, Moraira, Javea and Denia are right next door. If you like peace and quiet but still want to be close to the lively places, Casa Kien is highly recommended.

Superfast (free) internet (fiber optic) also makes this villa very suitable for enjoying the pool after work. You can also relax in the beautiful garden that has the necessary sun and shade areas with various seating areas and large terraces. In the evening you can enjoy the large illuminated swimming pool and the illuminated palm trees. The villa offers a lot of privacy, is luxuriously equipped and includes all Dutch TV channels,  kitchen with dishwasher, airfryer and all kitchen utensils.


The living room has  a double sofa bed with air conditioning. The bedroom has a double bed with ceiling fan. An outdoor kitchen and shower complete the picture.
A cot and high chair are available on request.

The ground floor of the house is only rented out if the owners themselves are not present.

Within walking distance are the beautiful coves such as Cala de la Llobella, Cala Els Pinets, Cala les Bassetes, Cala Advocat, Cala Baladrar and  Playa La Fustera. Most of them have cozy chiringuitos that provide "the wonderful holiday feeling" through the delicious food and live music.
The interior is also very worthwhile for a nice car trip, beautiful views, good Spanish food, a walk or a bike ride for lovers of mountain rides.

Why is Casa Kien a beautiful location? It is very centrally located and you will not notice the holiday crowds. 
You can fully enjoy the tranquility, the beautiful garden and the large swimming pool.
There are many restaurants, shops and several supermarkets in the area.
Several golf clubs are nearby and within walking distance is the Buenavista tennis club with dance studio, pilates, yoga and padel. Almost every day you can visit markets in the surrounding towns.
