CASA JULEO is an intimate stylish villa in Benissa/Moraira with a beautiful sea view, within walking distance of the beautiful bays Cala Advocat and Cala Baladrar, close to the pleasant beach of La Fustera.

CASA JULEO has a luxurious Ibiza style with natural materials and a lot of attention to luxury and comfort. It has two kitchens (2 dishwashers). An additional outdoor kitchen with electric grill. For sports enthusiasts, there is an outdoor table tennis table and the padel/tennis club Club de Tenis Buenavista Benissa is within walking distance and the sailing club Club Nautico les Bassetes where you can rent boats and surfboards is very close by.

CASA JULEO has a total of 3 double bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. There is air conditioning (cooling/heating) in all rooms.

It has two televisions (living room and guesthouse) with Dutch and Belgian channels. A portable Bluetooth speaker to stream your favorite music. A separate guesthouse (bedroom 3) with private entrance, kitchen and bathroom.

At the entrance there is a covered garage, ideal for keeping the car cool during the warmer months. There is also enough space to store bicycles.

CASA JULEO is located on the south, where you can enjoy the sun all day long, even in winter, and have the comfort of central heating. The house has beautiful sea views and is within walking distance of Cala Advocat and Cala Baladrar (500m) with a nice beach bar.

Close to nice (beach) restaurants and beautiful Moraira (3km). There are palms, fruit trees and cacti around the villa, which immediately creates a beautiful Mediterranean atmosphere. It has its own herb garden. Via the coastal road there are nice villages, beautiful walking routes and a protected nature reserve (Passeig Ecologic de Benissa) with beautiful views over the sea.

Padel/Tennis Club de Tennis Buena Vista and Sailing Club Club Nautico les Bassetes with boat and surfboard rental very close by. It is located exactly between the two beautiful cities of Valencia and Alicante. CASA JULEO is more than just a holiday. It is a beautiful experience. A combination of warmth and tranquility where you will quickly feel at home with the unique location and beautiful sea views.
