The layout of Casa Pura Vida gives you something that is pleasant on holiday: space to eat, swim and relax together, and the opportunity to retreat for a while. The self-contained apartment is ideal for grandparents, a second couple or older children, for example.
Inside, you'll find warm, modern décor and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Outside, you can choose your favourite spot: a terrace for your morning coffee, a lounger by the pool or a long evening together at the table.
Quietly located on the Costa Blanca
From the villa you will discover the coves and beaches of Benissa, Moraira and Calpe. Restaurants, markets, the Jalón Valley and beautiful hiking and cycling routes are also within easy reach. At the end of the day, you come home to your own place, with no shared pool or shared outdoor spaces.
Good to know: Montemar is hilly. The villa, terraces and pool are not all on the same level due to the height differences. This makes Casa Pura Vida less suitable if you have difficulty walking. Also nice for a longer stay
Casa Pura Vida is equipped to stay comfortably all year round. With fiber optic internet, air conditioning for heating and cooling and a pellet stove, the villa is also suitable for wintering. For longer stays, we are happy to make a personal proposal, with clear agreements about the costs in advance.
