Main house – upper floor
An attractive living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom has a double bed; the other has two single beds.
Independent apartment – lower floor
The apartment has its own living room, kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom. Ideal for couples, friends or families who want to spend their holidays together and also like to have their own living space.
All living rooms and bedrooms are air-conditioned. In total there are three bathrooms and four toilets. You also have fiber optic wifi, Smart TV with Dutch channels and a washing machine.

On the terraces there is room for breakfast, reading and a long dinner. The open location gives a view of the surroundings. From Benissa Montemar you can discover the coves of Benissa, the restaurants and terraces of Moraira and the beaches of Calpe by car. The Jalón Valley is also a beautiful destination for a trip. We are happy to share our favorite places with you.

Water, electricity and taxes are included in the rental price. Final cleaning and bed linen are charged separately; The deposit is also stated in advance. This way you know before you book what the stay will cost and what deposit you will pay.
