CASA JUDAMILE is a great holiday villa located on Benissa Costa, near the sea, with sea views and 5 minutes from Moraira and less than 10 minutes from Calpe.
The villa has been completely renovated, is located on a quiet road and has a large, fully walled, beautiful planted garden facing south, with lots of privacy, shaded areas, large swimming pool where you can even dive (2.30 m in the deepest part), the swimming pool is beautiful. lawn surrounded by a separate heated jacuzzi and outdoor shower. You enter the villa through an electrically opened entrance gate with ample parking space from where you reach the main entrance via a wide staircase where there is a spacious living room / large kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, double refrigerator, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle / 1 large double bedroom with separate bath and 1 bathroom with toilet and sink. From the kitchen/diner you enter through the French doors onto a spacious terrace of 25m2 with a beautiful (sea) view, 8-seater dining table and large electric awning over the entire width.
On the ground floor you have a separate living room with utility room/refrigerator, 2 double bedrooms, 2 luxurious bathrooms with private toilet, 1 of which is ensuite. From this floor, you can sit under a covered terrace with ceiling fan and immediately walk into a beautiful garden with lots of grass, beautiful plants and lots of privacy. There are luxurious sun beds, seating areas, double parasol and barbecue.
Naturally, all rooms are equipped with air conditioning that both cools and heats. The villa has a good fiber optic connection with excellent working WiFi. Each bathroom also has a hairdryer and the villa has an iron and board.
As of March 2024, we have enriched our villa with a beautiful outdoor kitchen (including sink, refrigerator, baking tray & microwave) and a wonderfully spacious lounge area with sunscreen.
Charging facilities for electric cars are available on the private driveway.
The villa has mosquito screens all around, sunscreens inside and shutters.
Due to its good south-facing location, the villa is also ideal for a stay in the colder months.
The house gets a lot of sun and can be heated with air conditioning if necessary.
The villa is not rented to groups of young people. Pets are not allowed.
Smoking indoors is not allowed.
