Casa Jorai is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the wonderful Spanish sun on the Costa Blanca. The casa is located on the edge of the beautiful Montemar residential area in Moraira. With more than 300 days of sunshine a year, this hilly region is a paradise for cyclists and sun worshipers.

This beautiful and sympathetic villa has a large open kitchen that is fully equipped with all necessary appliances (Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, oven, microwave and dishwasher). In the living room or under the covered terrace you can also enjoy a delicious cup of coffee in the morning with the rising sun. The kitchen flows into the dining and living room with two new leather sofas and a large flat screen TV for watching a late evening movie or series. You can use the WIFI (fiber optic). The smart TV is equipped with a built-in Netflix app and Airplay or Chromecast for streaming all your videos or music. You can also stream your music on the special Sony sound box in the living room or a portable box that fully connects via Bluetooth. Of course, air conditioning is also provided for cooling and heating in the winter months.

If you prefer a lazy pool day, that is no problem at Casa Jorai. There are four sun loungers, an additional table with parasol and a grill to meet all your summer barbecuing needs. There are also beach chairs and parasols available for those who prefer to sunbathe on the beach. Just 3 km from the house you will find 'Cala Baladar', a cozy pebble beach with an accompanying bar and nice restaurant. The sandy beach of Moraira is approximately 4.5 km from the villa. Along the way you will come across all kinds of restaurants and terraces.

At the end of the day, retire to one of the bedrooms to enjoy a good night's sleep. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a ceiling fan and a built-in wardrobe and dresser. The en-suite bathroom has a sink, a walk-in shower and a toilet. The second bedroom has a built-in wardrobe and a bunk bed with a double bed at the bottom (140 cm wide). There is a second bathroom in the hallway which is equipped with a vanity unit, toilet and a walk-in shower. Both bedrooms have air conditioning/heating. To fully enjoy your well-deserved holiday, the villa is equipped with a washing/drying machine, covered private parking, the garden is completely fenced and there is an extra large storage room for your suitcases or bicycles!

The entire living area and the garden with swimming pool are on the same level, which is exceptional for this area. But useful for a family with small children or for older couples who prefer not to climb stairs. The villa is easy to reach by car via a communal driveway with the neighbors. You have to drive up this road to the electric gate of the villa.
