From the apartment, all amenities are within walking distance at your disposal, so you can certainly choose this accommodation for a really lazy holiday.
Whatever you come for. Do you come to laze on the beach, do you want to see the beautiful surroundings of Javea or do you come to work.

We have good WiFi so it is also possible to work remotely here. Then have a nice lunch across the street at the cozy Spanish bar Avenida or how about a day start between the locals with a nice coffee here (open from 6 o'clock and across the street) Javea is in my heart, I've been coming here more than 40 years old and therefore have enough tips to make your stay pleasant.

In the winter period there is also plenty of activity, so it is also excellent for winter rental.
