Just a 5-minute drive away is the beautiful bay of Baladrar, complete with a cosy beach bar, breathtaking views over the coastline, and a range of nearby amenities such as supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The villa is located between the charming towns of Moraira and Calpe, both known for their extensive range of services and water activities, ideal for a complete holiday destination.

The villa has parking for several cars. From here, steps lead down to the inviting pool terrace, where you can relax by your private pool, sunbathe on comfortable sun loungers, enjoy the Mediterranean garden and enjoy a delicious barbecue. The house has a lot of privacy and is not overlooked by neighbors. The entire house is air-conditioned.

Stairs from the pool terrace lead up to a cosy separate apartment. This apartment has a living-dining room with TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a high-quality fold-out bed for 2 people, a bedroom with 2 x single bed and a bathroom. The washing machine and dryer are located in a practical outdoor area at pool level.

- Cleaning of the pool and maintenance of the garden takes place once or twice a week. For this maintenance, the outdoor area of the building is entered unannounced.
- Please take all waste to the large containers along the main roads every day. If waste is left behind on departure, we may charge a fee for its removal.
- Minimum stay in high season: 7 days.
