This attractive house, suitable for up to 6 people, is located in a quiet residential area within walking distance of the sea. The fully fenced garden offers privacy and has parking space for 2 to 3 cars.
Inside and outside you can enjoy superfast Fiber Wifi, and there is internet TV with Chromecast for extra comfort.
Moraira is only 4 km away and Calpe 5 km. The house is completely on one level and has three bedrooms: two large rooms with air conditioning and a smaller bedroom.
Recently renovated
At the end of 2024, the house underwent a thorough renovation: new floors, two brand new bathrooms, a new extension and a spacious terrace.
The new kitchen is fully equipped in terms of comfort: a dishwasher, combi oven, induction hob and a large refrigerator. The two bathrooms (one of which is en suite) are equipped with a rain shower, sink and toilet. Outside, the private swimming pool of 9x5 meters, which is maintained twice a week by a pool man, beckons. In the summer, there is nothing more wonderful than a refreshing outdoor shower.
