The villa has an additional studio for three people with air conditioning, also equipped with shower room with toilet, and kitchenette with fridge. Large living room and fully equipped semi-open kitchen and utility room. Two refrigerators, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, oven, Senseo and coffee maker, cooking on gas, etc. Free satellite TV and free WIFI and consumption included in the rent. Barbecue on the terrace. Garden and terrace surrounded by beautiful garden wall with evening lighting. Large driveway with automatic gate and parking for several cars. From the terrace overlooking the adjacent valley with golf course and a little sea view. Restaurants, supermarket, bars, terraces, pharmacy, golf, tennis and beach all less than 1 km. Well located near (1 km) Cala Baladrar beach with a nice beach bar and 4 km from the center of Moraira and 9 km from the center of Calpe.

Hello, we are a Belgian couple living in the Mechelen area, between Antwerp and Brussels. We bought this house in 2013. The decisive elements were the quiet location and yet close to everything. This location has not too hot summers and mild winters. We used to spend our holidays on the Cote d'azur and this region reminded us of this, with the winding roads, the small quiet beaches between the rocks and the mountains in the background.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy


The rental prices include a set of bed linen per person, a set of bath towels per person, NO beach towels, these can be brought by yourself.
The prices include: wifi, satellite TV, (TV Vlaanderen option basic), gas, water and electricity.

For longer rental periods, depending on the season, the period and the number of people , discounts of up to about 50% are negotiable.

CANCELLATION
If, for whatever reason, the LESSEE cannot, does not want to or will not accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must immediately notify the LESSOR in writing. The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant: 
  • In case of cancellation from booking up to 2 months before the start of the rental period: a flat rate of 500€ administration costs will be charged.
  • In case of cancellation from 2 months to 1 month before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price remains due.
  • In case of cancellation from 1 month before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price remains due.
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent. Late arrival or early departure at the destination does not entitle you to a refund of the rental or part thereof. The reason for cancellation must be well-founded and substantiated and submitted to the LANDLORD for approval. If the TENANT fails to pay his deposits according to the agreed terms, the LANDLORD has the right to offer the holiday home on the market again.
