The rental prices include one set of bed linen per person, one set of towels and one set of bath towels per person. Towels for the beach are provided by yourself.

The prices include: good wifi, electricity, gas, water and satellite TV, (TV Vlaanderen option basic).

For longer rental periods, depending on the season, the period and the number of people , discounts of up to about 50% are negotiable.

CANCELLATION
If, for whatever reason, the LESSEE cannot, does not want to or will not accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must immediately notify the LESSOR in writing. The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant: 

• In case of cancellation from booking up to 2 months before the start of the rental period: a flat rate of 500€ administration costs will be charged.
• In case of cancellation from 2 months to 1 month before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price remains due.
• In case of cancellation from 1 month before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price remains due.

If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent. Late arrival or early departure at the destination does not entitle you to a refund of the rental or part thereof. The reason for cancellation must be well-founded and substantiated and submitted to the LANDLORD for approval. If the TENANT fails to pay his deposits according to the agreed terms, the LANDLORD has the right to offer the holiday home on the market again.
