About Walter & Lana
We are a recently retired couple from the Mechelen region in Belgium. We bought this house in 2013, on the Moraira/Benissa border, motivated by the mild climate in both summer and winter and the beautiful nature and mountains in this region. The area reminds us of the Cote d'Azur, with the winding coastal path and the many creeks with small beaches, where we used to spend many holidays. We have rented this house since 2014 through another (*CONTENT HIDDEN*), which has now been bought by a larger player, and are therefore now new to Micazu. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with lots of privacy, not far from the beach Baladrar, with a nice and tasty beach bar. Restaurants, bars, shops, pharmacies and golf course within walking distance, max 1 km. Large sandy beaches nearby are Moraira (4km) and Calpe (8km).
