Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
  • cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
  • Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent. Excluding cleaning fee a 125 EUR per stay to be paid locally in cash. The deposit of 250 EUR is paid to Micazu and will be released after your stay, if no incident has taken place. Check-in from 16:00 on the day of arrival, deviations only in consultation and based on availability. Check-out before 10:00 am on the day of departure, deviations only in consultation and based on availability. Check-in after 22:00: EUR 50 surcharge. NewPool heating optional at extra cost.
