HOUSE RULES:

-Reservations are not allowed for groups of young people under 30 years of age, only if they are couples or families with children.
- It is not allowed to book for other people. Those who are staying must book with their own Micazu account.
-All guests must provide the data and show their ID/Passport to the host and fill in the traveler's report that will be sent to the competent authority as required by the law of tourist rentals.
-The guest agrees to make responsible use of air conditioning and heating. Turn it off when you leave the apartment, use it only in the rooms where you are and close the windows when the air conditioning or heating is on.
-It is not allowed to celebrate parties.
-It is not allowed to play loud music.
-It is not allowed to exceed the number of people reserved.
-Please respect the hours of silence to facilitate good coexistence with the neighbors.
-Pets are not allowed.
-Smoking/vaping is not allowed in the apartment.
-The actions carried out through the Wi-Fi during your stay in the accommodation are your exclusive responsibility.
-The landlord is not responsible for the theft, theft, damage or loss of objects or money owned by the tenant that were in the apartment, or the common areas of the building.
-Please make sure not to leave the keys on the door inside when leaving the apartment, otherwise, you would not be able to close or open the door and we would have to call a locksmith and they will have to assume the cost which is 30€.
-Subletting the apartment is strictly prohibited, upon complaint to the competent authorities.
-If the apartment is not vacated on the day of departure, double the agreed price per night must be paid for each day that the apartment remains occupied..

I am Raquel and together with my parents Aurelio and Juana, who are the owners of the apartment, we will be happy to accommodate you in our apartment. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The guest will be asked for their name, passport and address to draw up a contract that they will receive when confirming the reservation and must return it signed. The price includes all expenses, electricity, water, gas, wifi, towels, bed linen, and final cleaning.
Cancellation Policy:

Up to 30 days before the check-in date: Full refund of the deposit.
If you cancel 30 days or less before the check-in date you will not receive any refund.
Early departure, once the contracted period has started, will not be refunded.

- Bookings up to 10 nights are subject to the rules established in the advertisement and the contract annexed to Law 15/2018, and to Decree 92/2009, and to DECREE LAW 9/2024 and supplementarily to the Civil Code (TOURIST CONTRACT)
- Bookings of more than 10 nights are subject to the rules set out in the advertisement and the accompanying contract. which is governed by the rules established by both parties in it and supplementarily to the Civil Code (SEASONAL CONTRACT). The lessor waives the right to ask for a deposit established in article 36 of the LAU from the lessee. This waiver is accepted by the lessee. Both parties declare that this clause will be valid for all purposes.
