     Induction hob. Italian coffee maker. Shopping cart at your disposal.
—Open terrace with access from the living room and from the master bedroom.

— Wi-Fi, 300Mb fibre optics.
— The apartment is accessible for electric scooters of maximum 108cm long x 69cm wide, which is 
     the maximum size of the elevator. People under 100kg in weight usually rent scooters from
     105 x 60cm., which fit perfectly in the elevator. Heavier people need a scooter
     128 cm long that does not fit in the elevator.
— A shopping cart is available to facilitate your purchase.
— Price of a baby set of €6 per night, includes a cot with bed linen, high chair, baby dishes, baby bathtub and stuffed animals.

-It is not allowed to celebrate parties.
-It is not allowed to play loud music.
-It is not allowed to exceed the number of people reserved.
-Please respect the hours of silence to facilitate good coexistence with the neighbors.
-Pets are not allowed.
-Smoking/vaping is not allowed in the apartment.
-The actions carried out through the Wi-Fi during your stay in the accommodation are your exclusive responsibility.
-The landlord is not responsible for the theft, theft, damage or loss of objects or money owned by the tenant that were in the apartment, or the common areas of the building.
-Please make sure not to leave the keys on the door inside when leaving the apartment, otherwise, you would not be able to close or open the door and we would have to call a locksmith and they will have to assume the cost which is 30€.
-Subletting the apartment is strictly prohibited, upon complaint to the competent authorities.
-If the apartment is not vacated on the day of departure, double the agreed price per night must be paid for each day that the apartment remains occupied..
