Welcome to this completely newly renovated apartment, an oasis of comfort and sophistication located in one of the most sought-after beaches on the Costa Blanca.

This apartment is located on the Boulevard of Benidorm Poniente in the Olicar 2 building on 1 floor. Directly on the beach with a view over the entire bay. The apartment has two bedrooms, one ensuite bathroom and one separate toilet with sink. There is a nice terrace with a view of the sea. There is a fully equipped open kitchen and there is a private parking space in the garage next to the building. In the summer months the swimming pool is open and you can lie on the lawn with fixed thatched umbrellas around it.

Welcome! My name is Anouk and I am delighted to welcome you to this lovely place in Poniente Benidorm. I came here for a sabbatical, but now four years have passed... It's a fantastic place to be and I think you'll understand me if you've been here before.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The apartment has a rental license for stays of at least 10 nights.

Bookings are final. The tenant is responsible for cancellation insurance.

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must confirm this by email to the renter (even if this has already been communicated by telephone, for example).

If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 4 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will continue to owe 50% of the rent.

In case of cancellation from 4 weeks until the rental period, he remains liable for 100% of the rental price.

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
