Welcome to the rental page of our holiday apartment in La Cala de Finestrat, Benidorm. With more than 300 days of sunshine per year. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which is ensuite. All linen provided, with Ned. TV, wifi, underground parking and indoor swimming pool. With sun, sea, beach, walking routes, shopping centers, carting and golf, we hope to offer you a lot of fun in addition to comfort during your stay in our apartment 100m from the beach. I'm sure you'll enjoy it as much as we did! For hygienic reasons, pets and smoking are not allowed in the apartment.

We are Linda Murillo and Antonio Cannizzaro and since 2016 we have found our dream, which we have then completely renovated. Everything is new and we are proud that it has become so great with a view of the beach and sea. The apartment is located near the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment is equipped with every comfort and we would like to share this with you.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The apartment is only rented from 7 days.
During the winter period from October to March, winter prices apply. Month of October 1800€, months of November to March 1900€. Month of April and month of May 2000€.
During high season June p/w 580€, July p/w 620€, August p/w 620€, September p/w 580€.
WiFi 13€ p/w. Electricity 0,45€ per KW/H. Cleaning 75€.

A deposit of 300€ is requested that you will be refunded after checking the apartment with a reduction in  wifi and electricity used.

A booking is only final after payment of a deposit of 30%, total amount must be paid in full 12 weeks before departure date. If not, your booking will automatically expire. Final cleaning is not included in the rent, tenants are only asked to leave it tidy and put all dirty linen in the washing machine. It is recommended to take out private cancellation insurance.
