Welcome to the rental page of our holiday apartment in La Cala de Finestrat, Benidorm. With more than 300 days of sunshine per year. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which is ensuite. All linen provided, with Ned. TV, wifi, underground parking and indoor swimming pool. With sun, sea, beach, walking routes, shopping centers, carting and golf, we hope to offer you a lot of fun in addition to comfort during your stay in our apartment 100m from the beach. I'm sure you'll enjoy it as much as we did! For hygienic reasons, pets and smoking are not allowed in the apartment.

We are Linda Murillo and Antonio Cannizzaro and since 2016 we have found our dream, which we have then completely renovated. Everything is new and we are proud that it has become so great with a view of the beach and sea. The apartment is located near the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment is equipped with every comfort and we would like to share this with you.

Explanation of prices

The apartment is only rented from 7 days.
Winter prices apply during the winter period from October to March. Month of October 1500€, months of November to March 1400€. Month of April and month of May 1500€.
During high season June p/w €560, July €620, August €620, September €560.
WiFi €13 p/w. Electricity €0.40 per KW/H. Cleaning €75.

A deposit of €300 is required, which will be refunded to you after checking the apartment, minus WiFi and electricity consumed.

A booking is only final after payment of a 30% deposit, the total amount must be paid in full 12 weeks before departure date. Otherwise your booking will automatically expire. Final cleaning is not included in the rental price, tenants are only asked to leave it tidy and to put all dirty linen in the washing machine. It is recommended that you take out private cancellation insurance.

Las Fuentes del Algar Callosa d'en Sarria (about 20 km from the villa). Beautiful waterfalls and nature reserve where you can hike, picnic and swim.
Fireworks Show every summer for more than half an hour. Visible from the beach of Altea or as a party boat.
Fustera beach (700m walk).
The Montgo mountain.
Golf club Ifach (9 holes) is only 5.7 km from the villa. One of the many golf courses in the area.
The almost one thousand year old village Guadelest (35 km from the villa) is completely situated around the castle. The castle, simply called El Castell de Guadalest, has for years been an important defense point of the Moors against the Spaniards.
