We rent our apartment of 100 m2 on 1st line of the levante beach on the 5th floor.
The rental period is a minimum of 7 nights, this is not possible for shorter periods.

Complete kitchen with oven, induction hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer.
2 Bathrooms both with shower and toilet.
There are 3 bedrooms.
The master bedroom has 2 beds of 90 x 200 and air conditioning.
2nd bedroom 2 beds 90 x 180.
A 3rd bedroom with 1 bed of 90 x 180,
All bedrooms have a large built-in wardrobe.
The living room has a 3 person sofa and 2 separate chairs, dining table with 6 chairs and a TV with chromecast and Netflix there are no Nl channels as everyone nowadays has TV on their mobile and can therefore chromecast . There is an air conditioner, if the doors of all bedrooms are open, the air conditioner can cool all rooms with closed doors only master bedroom and living room.
There is an unobstructed sea view. All windows above and below in all rooms can be completely opened, these are the terraces that have been added to the house.
There is also a storage room with beach equipment that can be used or to store your own belongings.
Parking is possible for 1 car , but there are a limited number of places full is full, so no guarantee of a spot. In practice, there is a spot 99% of the time.
There are charging points for free charging of mobility scooters or electric bicycles. Also here full is full.
There is a shower downstairs that can be used after the beach to rinse off sand.
Electricity is included in normal use.
There is also a small elevator max 3 people.
Bed linen and towels are pp 2 sets provided and there are duvets.
We do not accept bachelor parties or groups of young people under the age of 25.
Maximum number of travelers is 5 people.
There is a deposit of 350 euros to be paid when booking and there is a cleaning fee of 50 euros which must be paid in cash upon receipt of the key.
We do not rent for less than 7 nights
