Our apartment is located 800m from the quiet Poniente beach, about 15 minutes walking distance, very nice boulevard with nice shops and cozy restaurants.

The apartment includes :
LIVING AREA: TV with all channels, wifi, sofa (which can be turned into a bed), table with 4 chairs, TV furniture, electric heating, air conditioning ....

KITCHEN : built-in cupboards, microwave, introductory hob, pots and pans, cutlery, bags, plates, trash can, fridge with freezer compartment, kitchen towels, dishcloths …..

STORAGE: washing machine, iron and ironing board, cleaning supplies, beach chairs and umbrella, shopping trolley, step ladder, boiler for hot water, vacuum cleaner, drying rack and washing pins, tennis racket, ping pong set, ……..

BEDROOM: bed with storage space underneath, duvet and regular blankets and sheets, beach towels, hand towels and washcloths, electric heating, radio alarm clock, bedside table, wardrobe, coat hooks ……..

BATHROOM: rainwater shower and sink, toilet, heating, storage cupboard, laundry basket ……

TERRACE: garden furniture, overlooking the swimming pools, tennis court, garden …….

PRIVATE PARKING : you can use it and use the remote control to open the gate

Our apartment is located on the second floor, there are 4 lifts in the building and a room to play table tennis.
In our domain are 2 swimming pools, tennis court, padel field, playground for the little ones, there is also a children's pool. (anything can be used)

There are also sun loungers at the pool that you can use freely, so just enjoy!

A bus stops every hour in front of our apartment that can take you to the bustling center.

On the main road you can also take a bus to the center or to the nice shopping center La Marina.

Close to our apartment is the nice amusement park TERRA MITICA, very nice to visit, the water parks and zoos are also recommended

Everything is included in our price except the final cleaning and the rental deposit.

7 minutes walk you have a supermarket, cozy restaurant where you can eat very well
a 15-minute walk takes you to the boulevard where you can shop, sunbathe, eat ....... what more could you want ........ ENJOY
