A beautiful country house surrounded by 31 olive trees (also called a Finca) in a rural area in the village of Aspe near Alicante, Elche on the Costa Blanca. Airport of arrival is Alicante Airport or Murcia.

The country house is fully furnished and has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. The Finca is situated on a terrain of 2000m2 with a swimming pool of 15 by 5 with a 6/8 person Jacuzzi.

The Finca is surrounded by olive trees and on the other side a fantastic view to the mountains.

It is 2 minutes by car from the Aldi and about 3/4 kilometer from the village. Ideal in terms of location. Close to the motorway towards Alicante or the Airport (20 minutes).

Is a Finca that is not easy to find where you can get to everything so quickly. So peace and bustle within reach.

My name is Jean Moesant. Married and mother of 2 children.
We have a fantastic Finca in Aspe close to Alicante. We have given our Finca the name La Paz because it means Peace in Spanish.
I have worked for the government for over 30 years. We also love cruising, long journeys and Thailand is our favorite destination.
What should certainly not be missing from us is good food and fun.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

We want to make it as easy as possible for the guests, which is why we use daily prices. You can arrive on any day of the week you want. Arriving in the middle of the week is often easier for people who travel by car because leaving in the middle of the week means fewer traffic jams.
The rental price of our holiday home is calculated per night. In high season we do have a minimum stay of 7 nights.

Deposit:
A deposit of 30 percent is required to confirm the reservation. As soon as the deposit has been paid, the reservation is final. In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded.

Cancellation before arrival:
If cancelled up to 6 weeks before arrival, you will owe 50 percent. For cancellations up to 4 weeks 70 percent. 2 weeks before arrival the full amount.

Rates:
We use daily rates: 175 euros per day 1 to 6 people.
7 people or more people up to max. 10 there will be 25 euros per person pppn.

This amount includes gas/electricity/water 24kwh per day. The meter reading is taken at the beginning of the rental period and at the end of the rental period. With normal use, this is more than sufficient. With overconsumption you pay 0.35 cents per kwh.

You couldn't wish for a better location. Close to the Aldi (700 meters) and the village only 2 kilometers. In addition, within 20 minutes from Alicante Airport and 30 minutes from Alicante City.
