Of course we will let our guests experience the best possible holiday in our house and will therefore not show us during the holiday in our house.
We have a beautiful garden with a large swimming pool where you can enjoy the Spanish sun. Our villa is in a quiet neighborhood 3.5 km as the crow flies from Altea. You can also be in the city in a few minutes
The Dialprix supermarket is a 10-minute walk away. We have forest and views of the mountains and the sea all around.

Jalon valley approx. 20 km. For gourmets known for its wines and restaurants Guadalest, nice mountain village about 20 km inland with reservoir, looks a bit like Valkenburg

- The villa is located just outside Altea in the urbanization Montahud with unobstructed views and 3 km away from the beach.
- Adult activities: In Altea & Albir you will find a wealth of nice bars and restaurants. Benidorm & Calpe with their sandy beaches and of course Benidorm with its nightlife. There are several golf courses in the area.
- Youth: In and around Benidorm are various amusement parks, zoo, go-kart track and dolphinarium.

Groceries: There is a well-stocked supermarket within walking distance. Every week there is the weekly market in Altea with a separate vegetable market
