Our private and quiet luxury apartment of 155.6 m2 is located in the foothills of the Sierra Bernia in one of the most beautiful urbanizations of Altea, Costa Blanca, Spain. It has 3 bedrooms, the master suite with sliding door to the terrace, 2 newly fitted bathrooms and a modern newly fitted kitchen and can accommodate up to 6 people. 

The apartment is modern, light, and fully equipped, such as air conditioning, ceiling fans in all rooms and on the patio, mosquito nets, USB wall connections, super-fast fiber optic internet and internet TV including Netflix and hundreds of channels, including the Dutch, German, Belgian and UK. Also now filtered drinking water, so no need for plastic bottles. 

The apartment is most suited for adult couples but due to the furnishings less suitable for families with young children.There is an elevator in the beautiful complex that takes you to the third floor where our apartment is located, therefore it is also very suitable for seniors and those who have who have difficulty walking. It truly is a nice place to stay. Everything is on one level and the apartment is homely and comfortably furnished. 

You can rent our apartment at any time of year. It is only 2 km from the nearest beach and the lively boulevards of Altea, Albir, Calpe and Benidorm are only minutes away. The Don Cayo golf course is 1km/2 minutes away. You can spend a wonderful summer holiday here, as the apartment complex has 2 large swimming pools, or come to spend the winter for a few months. 

For those looking for activities beyond the beach, the apartment is a perfect starting point for hikes, bike and car trips in the beautiful and historic mountains and valleys behind the coast. In short, you can do as much or as little as you want on your holiday. It’s all here for you to enjoy the way you want.
