From the terrace you have a view of the well-kept tropical garden with palm trees, beautiful ponds and a large communal swimming pool (Olympic size) and a children's pool. This pool is only accessible to the residents/tenants of the complex.

The house, which was purchased in 1979, has been renovated to today's standards. A brand new kitchen is fully equipped, such as an induction hob, large fridge and freezer, micro oven, coffee maker and washing machine. The kitchen contains kitchen utensils for 6 people and an extensive set of pans.

In our cottage there is a good wifi and smartTV connection. Netflix can also be watched via a code. The central air conditioning provides coolness in the summer and warmth in the winter.
PANORAMA TERRACEBhe pleasure to sit out. From morning to evening the sun (south-facing), but with a cooling breeze from the sea, which you have a beautiful view. The terrace is partly covered, on colder days you can sit inside with the view of the tropical garden.
