Equipment: Heating/air conditioning throughout the apartment. Free WIFI. Elevator. Free parking space in closed garage under the building. Since we live in our apartment for approximately six months/year, in our opinion it is better and more fully equipped than most apartments that are purely intended for rental.

Living room and terrace:
Spacious living room with two two-seater sofas, flat screen Smart TV (50 inch, CI), blue-ray DVD player.

Very spacious south-facing terrace (approx. 46 m2) - renovated at the beginning of 2020 - half covered, with panoramic views over trees, a bit of the sea, and the special skyline of Benidorm in the distance. Large dining table, sitting area and two sunbeds. High degree of privacy. Two electric awnings, so that the terrace can be used almost entirely in the shade. The location close to the sea ensures that the temperature always remains well below the maximum temperatures for Spain in the summer.

Bedrooms:
Main bedroom: 1 double bed 180 cm wide. Opens onto the large terrace. En-suite bathroom with double sink, bath with shower screen, toilet and bidet. Large built-in wardrobe, hairdryer. Second bedroom: 2 separate beds, built-in wardrobe. Second bathroom (renovated at the beginning of 2020): 1 sink, walk-in shower and toilet, hairdryer. Your beds are neatly made upon arrival. Sufficient linen on site: you do not need to bring towels or sheets, nor kitchen linen. No sofa bed in the living room.

Kitchen: Very well equipped including electr. stove with oven, large refrigerator/freezer, microwave with grill function, dishwasher, coffee maker, Senseo, Nespresso machine, mixer, electric kettle, toaster, cleaning products, etc. Utility room: washing machine, vacuum cleaner, steam iron and ironing board.

Parking : We have a spacious parking space available in the closed garage underneath. (And a bicycle rack anchored in the floor)

Conditions:

- non-smokers
- No pets allowed
- respect for the neighbors, no parties or night noise!
- We do not consider the apartment suitable for children under the age of two

- swimming: 2 beautiful swimming pools in the gardens: swimming is not allowed between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m., in high season a lifeguard is on site for most of the day, otherwise at your own responsibility. (If you book for early spring, you should not automatically assume that the water is already nice and warm). It is not permitted to 'reserve' sunbeds around the pool, for example by placing a towel.

- One hour before arrival, or upon departure by rental car from Alicante airport: call our on-site contact person who will meet you at the main entrance of the apartment complex and lead you to the apartment; You will be given all the necessary explanation on site and you will receive your set of keys.

- payment: 50% upon reservation, the second 50% at the latest 4 weeks before the start of the rental period.
