Apartment in Altea la Vella, Calle Sondeo 9. (Max. 4 persons)

Note: WE CURRENTLY ONLY RENT FOR PERIODS OF MIN. 10 NIGHTS ACCOMMODATION

Equipment: Heating/air conditioning throughout the apartment. Free Wi-Fi. Elevator. Free parking space in closed garage under the building. Since we live in our apartment ourselves for about six months/year, it is in our opinion better and more fully equipped than most apartments that are purely intended for rental.

Living room and terrace:
Spacious living room with two two-seater, flat screen Smart TV (50 inch, CI,), blue-ray DVD player.

Very spacious south-facing terrace (approx. 46 m2!) - renewed at the beginning of 2020 - half covered, with panoramic views over trees, a piece of sea, and in the distance the special skyline of Benidorm. Large dining table, sitting area and two sunbeds. Very high degree of privacy. Two electric awnings, so that the terrace can be used almost completely in the shade. The location near the sea ensures that the temperature always remains well below the maximums for Spain in the summer.

Bedrooms:
Largest bedroom: 1 double bed 180 cm wide. Opens onto the large terrace. En-suite bathroom with double sink, bath with shower screen, toilet and bidet. Large built-in wardrobe, hairdryer. Second bedroom: 2 separate beds, built-in wardrobe. Second bathroom (renewed early 2020): 1 sink, walk-in shower and toilet, hairdryer.   Your beds are neatly made on arrival. Sufficient linen on site: you do not need to bring towels or sheets, nor kitchen linen. No sofa bed in the living room.

Kitchen: Very well equipped with electr. stove with oven, large fridge/freezer, microwave with grill function, dishwasher, coffee maker, Senseo, Nespresso machine, mixer, electric kettle, toaster, cleaning products etc. Utility room: washing machine, vacuum cleaner, steam iron and ironing board.

Parking: We have a spacious parking space available in the underlying closed garage. (And a bicycle rack anchored in the floor)

Conditions:
- max 4 persons
- non-smoking
- no pets allowed
- respect for the neighbors, no parties or night noise!
- we do not consider the apartment suitable for children under two years of age
- Swimming: 2 beautiful swimming pools in the gardens: swimming is not allowed between 3 and 5 pm,  in high season a lifeguard is on site for most of the day, outside of that at your own risk. (If you book for early spring, you should not automatically assume that the water is already nice and warm) It is not allowed to 'reserve' sunbeds around the pool by putting a towel, for example.

- One hour before arrival, or when leaving Alicante airport by rental car: call our contact person on site who will be waiting for you at the main entrance of the apartment complex,  and will guide you to the apartment; On the spot, you will be given all  the necessary explanations  and you will receive your set of keys.

- Payment: 50% upon reservation, the second 50% at the latest 4 weeks before the start of the rental period.

Note: this apartment complex is primarily residential, and therefore has many permanent residents. It is therefore expected that you respect the night's rest and the siestas; So it is not suitable for parties.
