From the living room you enter the patio with sea view and the stairs take you to the ground floor: where the terrace with swimming pool is. Through a separate entrance on the ground floor you enter the second part of the villa where the 4th bedroom, a large family room with a 2 and 1 bed and a bathroom en suite. Here is also the utility room with the washing machine and tumble dryer and the billiard room with a professional pool and table football game. Outside you will also find a table tennis table.
The terrace is made up of several levels: a higher level with a pergola and a large dining table for 14 people and stone BBQ. One level below the large 400 m² sun terrace with the 10 x 5 heated swimming pool and the comfortable sun beds and of course an outdoor shower. A few steps down you will find the lounge terrace with comfy sofas from where you have a 180 degree view from the sea to the mountains.

From the terrace you can see the tennis court or sports court. The full size tennis court was built in 2010 and perfectly located on the plot. There is also a wooden chalet or guest house on the property that overlooks the tennis court.
