Welcome to our beautiful three-room apartment, which will be equipped with a new bathroom and a completely new kitchen in 2022. Our apartment is centrally located, in a quiet place and therefore the perfect base for everyone. Whether you want to enjoy the beach or prefer to take a lovely walk in the mountains, everything is nearby.
The apartment is an independent part of a fantastic villa located in a very quiet place in Altea la Vella with beautiful views over the old town of Altea and the skyline of Benidorm.
The villa has various facilities, such as a playful swimming pool with outdoor shower, beautiful terraces, a garden with tropical palm trees and a cozy bar. The pool can be used at any time. The main villa is not rented to other guests. Only if the villa owners are there occasionally can you share the pool with them, otherwise it is completely private.
The apartment has a private entrance with a private terrace with armchairs and a dining table. It is fully equipped with WiFi, flat screen TV, air conditioning and sound system. The internet is very powerful through a fiber optic connection, can be used indefinitely and the apartment has its own router. The kitchen is luxurious and very complete. There is a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, citrus juicer, Nespresso coffee maker, sufficient crockery and kitchen utensils. The master bedroom with a double bed has a large closet. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. The modern bathroom has a sink, toilet and shower. The apartment is accessible via stairs from the street to the front door. (2 flights of stairs).
The location is an easy 15 minute walk into the village of Altea La Vella, although the walk back is a little more challenging as it is uphill. The town is small but fully equipped: there is a supermarket, a bakery, a kiosk, a pharmacy, a bank, a post office and several cozy cafeterias and good restaurants. The beautiful town of Altea and its beautiful beaches are approximately 10 minutes away by car. There you will find many more shops, the picturesque old town and a boulevard with many bars and restaurants. The nearest beach is just 5 minutes away by car at La Olla, where you can snorkel, canoe, windsurf or enjoy a delicious paella in one of the chiringuitos (bars). There are many beautiful hiking and cycling trails in the area. And there is also a lot to discover by car. The long sandy beaches are just 15 minutes away by car in Calpe. You can park for free in the quiet cul-de-sac in front of the entrance.
