Accommodation
In a quiet residential area, just outside the charming and authentic Spanish village of Altea La Vella, Casa Clara welcomes its guests with open arms. A large automatic sliding gate gives access to the plot with a parking space where three cars can easily park. A southern staircase with colorful tiles leads to the entrance of this charming villa.
A spacious entrance hall with fitted wardrobes overlooks the central living space, where round, wavy lines create a playful Mediterranean atmosphere. This colourful villa exudes a holiday feeling with a successful mix of Mediterranean elements, exotic touches and contemporary decoration. The large open living space effortlessly connects several functions in an airy whole:
- Immediately after the entrance hall is the attractive dining area with a roundtable for six people.
- The cozy sitting area in the heart of the living space opens onto the covered terrace, while a cozy sitting area invites you to cocoon, siestas or TV moments. In winter, the authentic wood-burning fireplace provides extra atmosphere.
- The open kitchen is located opposite the lounge area with lounge, in the middle of the living space, and offers every possible comfort, with a combined electric/gas hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher. In the adjoining utility room there is a large refrigerator, washing machine and dryer.
On this floor, all the way on the other side of the living space, we also find the following rooms:
- A spacious double room, with double bed of 1m80, built-in wardrobes and air conditioning unit.
- A multipurpose room with sofa bed and desk offers space for guests or work/study during the holiday. French doors lead to a charming terrace overlooking the pool.

Outdoor
From the living space, a sliding door gives access to the outdoor area;
- There is a large and partly covered terrace. The dining table for six guests overlooks the outdoor area, and under the canopy it is wonderful to sit down, as there is always a pleasant breeze. The panoramic view of the surrounding mountains, nature and the vast Mediterranean Sea never gets boring. The beautiful charming swimming pool is surrounded by greenery; the bright pink blossoms of the adelfas and the swaying banana plants immediately put you in a holiday mood. Around the pool, the comfortable sunbeds invite you to long, lazy days, in which nothing is mandatory and everything is allowed. A large shower with playful Spanish tiles completes this space. The attractive Mediterranean garden continues all the way around the house and at the back of the house a particularly comfortable seating area awaits under the shaded pergola. Whether it's to start the day with a cup of coffee, enjoy a siesta or a book, or to end the day with an aperitif, here too you will always relax.
