Environment
Discover the many beautiful beaches and bays. Here you can enjoy the hustle and bustle as well as discover beautiful, quiet bays. Come and enjoy the beach, the sun, the azure blue sea and the many delicious restaurants. The old Altea "Pueblo Alto" is truly beautiful. It is a small town with white houses, flowers, winding narrow streets, restaurants, shops and fantastic views. The church of Altea: Nuestra Señora del Consuelo is located high above the town with its striking blue domes. The supermarket is 2.8 km away. The nearest beach "Playa Mascarat" is 3.8 km. You can sunbathe, swim, snorkel, dive, sail on the many beautiful beaches; really fantastic! Altea Club de Golf is 6 km. Calpe also has beautiful sandy beaches, many shops and restaurants and is 9.2 km away. Alicante airport is approximately 72 km.

Layout
The villa consists of 3 floors in a so-called 'split-level style', connected by 1 large, open staircase to the different levels. The entrance is located on the top floor, where behind the front door is the spacious mezzanine with a panoramic view through the glass rear wall. The master bedroom is also located here with an adjoining balcony, en suite bathroom. With bath, shower, spacious 2-person sink, toilet and bidet. On the middle floor there is the spacious living room with separate dining area with large table and a large, fully equipped open kitchen with breakfast bar. There is also a separate toilet on this floor. The rear wall of the house is fully glazed, allowing the expansive view to be enjoyed from every corner of the room. The main balcony is adjacent to the living room and is accessed through sliding doors. Here is the private swimming pool, where the spacious lounge area invites you to relax and chill. Finally, the lower floor offers space for 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds, adjacent to a spacious balcony that is accessed through a French door. Opposite it is the second bathroom with bath and shower, spacious double sink, toilet and bidet. Ideally suited for a large family (max 6 p) or 3 couples. Important information
Less suitable for very small children and the disabled because of the open architectural style, the large open staircase and the balconies.
For a stay in Altea Hills, using a car is a MUST.
The villa has 2 private parking spaces directly at the house, lockable with an automatic gate.
We do not rent to young people under the age of 25.
Throwing parties is not allowed.
