This charming Tuscan country house with swimming pool and a fully fenced garden of 700m², located in the hamlet of Le Lame, in the middle of beautiful nature reserves Cornate and Fosini. Ideal for nature lovers and families who want to enjoy a wonderful holiday in nature together. Numerous hiking and mountain biking trails await you, while an equestrian center is only 7 km away. Monteiri is 10 km away and Follonica Beach is 40 km away.
The house has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a separate toilet.

Located at an altitude of about 750m, you can enjoy pleasant coolness in the evening in summer. The swimming pool 10 x 5 meters. The pool has a salt-electrolysis cleaning system.

Important information:
Accessible via a 3 km long messy dirt road.
Swimming pool is open from April 24 to October 14.
The villa can be heated by means of a pellet stove.

Villa Le Lame is a characteristic, tastefully decorated house with 6 rooms spread over 2 floors.
It has a panoramic window with fireplace, dining table and satellite TV in the living/dining room.
On the ground floor are 2 rooms with double beds, both with ensuite bathroom with shower/toilet, an open kitchen with full equipment (including dishwasher, oven and six-burner gas stove) and a separate toilet.
Upstairs there is a double room with shower/toilet, a room with two beds and another double room with shower/toilet. Guests can enjoy the panoramic view from the terrace. There is garden furniture, sun loungers and a ping-pong table. For families with young children, a high chair and baby cot are available.

The site offers ample parking.

Small shop is 3 km away, a supermarket 6 km and the nearest sandy beach 40 km.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The rental price is based on 4 people. Each additional person is charged €9.21 per night.

Prices include made beds, towels, kitchen linen, final cleaning, booking costs, gas, water and use of WiFi. The house can be heated by a pallet stove.

May to October the rental is per week.
Weekends on request.
We do not rent to young people under the age of 25.
Throwing parties is not allowed.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Something can always happen that prevents your holiday from taking place or that you even have to cut it short. Without travel cancellation insurance, we will charge the following cancellation costs.
After a binding reservation, you can cancel free of charge up to 42 days before arrival date.
Unfortunately, cancellation is no longer possible from 42 days before the arrival date, we will then charge a 100% cancellation fee.
We therefore advise you to take out travel cancellation insurance.
