This fully equipped luxury apartment on the 1st floor has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is spacious, comfortable and tastefully furnished: living/dining room with 1 sofa bed, WiFi with high-speed internet connection, flat screen Smart TV with local channels as well as digital satellite TV with TV Flanders, DVD, BluRay and CD player. All rooms have air conditioning and heating. Elevator is available. Free allocated parking.
Both bedrooms have a king-size double bed. The spacious master bedroom has a door opening onto the terrace which offers fantastic views of the Mediterranean Sea and the mountainous countryside, the other bedroom overlooks the mountainside. Both rooms have built-in wardrobes, fine quality linen and towels are provided. Maximum 4 people.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances including a microwave, toaster, dishwasher, electric oven, hob. Next to the kitchen is a storage room with washing machine, dryer, ironing facilities, a wine cooler and a freezer (3 drawers, 60 liters of freezing capacity).

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy
These prices include the final cleaning and cleaning of the sheets and towels after your stay as well as the electricity. However, if the apartment cannot be cleaned with a standard cleaning for the next guests, additional cleaning costs will be charged. The rental deposit of 300 euros will be paid separately to the owners by bank transfer (at least 7 days before arrival) and will be refunded after your stay after an inspection of the apartment on or after your departure. You will be required to provide identity details after booking in accordance with local Spanish law. Check-in takes place between 17:00 and 20:00. Checkout is expected before 11:00 AM. Exceptions can be discussed by mutual agreement. Minimum stay is 5 nights. Maximum 4 people.
