Has an enclosed garden on the ground floor. On the first floor a spacious balcony/terrace and a spacious roof terrace with beautiful views. Enjoy the last rays of sunshine until late. All 3 terraces equipped with luxury garden furniture. In the garden a spacious garden table with 6 comfortable chairs.
Alicante airport is a 30 minute drive away. There are also several coastal towns within easy reach. In about 20 minutes you can be on various beaches. La Manta, Playa Zenia, Guardamar, La Marina are a few examples.
On the other side of the neighborhood, you will find several bars and restaurants within a 5-minute walk. The center of Algorfa is one kilometer away.
Golf resort La Finca is 700 meters away. Here you can not only play beautiful golf, but also enjoy delicious food in various restaurants.
Small supermarket within walking distance, several mega-markets less than 10 minutes drive away.
