The villa is located between the beaches of Altea and Albir in a quiet and exclusive urbanization.

The villa has 2 floors and is therefore ideal for 2 families. All rooms are equipped with silent air conditioning and the house has a security system.

The garden has many terraces in the sun and shade under old grown trees. The house and garden have many unique pieces to ensure a maditeranian style. The garden and pool area are not overlooked. The garden is looked after by a gardener. The pool is cleaned 2 times a week by a pool service.

The caretaker will welcome you at the house on arrival and instruct you.
Costs are included in the rental price. Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge. 

The mountains are close to the house to allow mountain hikes within 15 minutes drive. Albir beach is 2000 m away. Public golf driving range 2000 m. Bius and train links to Alicante nearby. Supermarkets Lidl and Aldi in 2000 m distance.
