This luxury detached villa has a beautiful and privacy-offering garden all around, the villa also has a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea.
Villa Maestros has been offered for rent for a few years now, has been completely renovated and fully equipped. We have a fantastic and unique property with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on a beautiful plot all around. Due to its good location, you can enjoy the sun all day and lie by our beautiful swimming pool.
By using attractive materials, our house exudes a cozy and warm atmosphere that is missing in most holiday homes.
In the "Ibizastyle" kitchen, you will find two large fridge-freezer combinations, you can cook on our 5 burner stove with a large oven, there is of course a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and a kettle, the kitchen is fully equipped, utility room with washing machine & dryer
The total of five bedrooms are all equipped with lovely beds, all 5 rooms have a double bed, the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower, double sink and toilet. The 2nd & 3rd both equipped with a spacious walk-in shower, sink and toilet. All bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryer.
All bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning on remote control
A camping bed and high chair are also available in the villa on request
In the evening, the lighting transforms the garden into a fairytale scene.
Good wifi is available in and around the house
In the living room there is a comfortable corner sofa, a TV and a large dining area walking outside you will come to our beautiful and fantastic naja where you can relax with a view of the sea.
Our covered outdoor terrace has a long sofa, tables and chairs from there you walk down a staircase and you come to the pool with several sunbeds and a 2 person lounge bed, the pool offers a lot of privacy because it is located lower, we also have a terrace with two nice hanging chairs and a hammock where you can relax, We also have a special BBQ corner here.
The location of the villa is perfect. It is about 10 minutes by car to the beach of Albir, In 5 minutes by car you are in the center of lively Alfaz.
During your stay we provide linen, the beds are made on arrival and there is a towel package per person ready
Mandatory additional costs:
The villa is cleaned before arrival so that you can fully enjoy all the days you stay here. These cleaning costs are a one-time € 225.00 For this you will receive a nice clean house on arrival, The house will be completely cleaned again after your departure but it is the intention that you leave the house tidy when you leave, but this goes without saying!
You pay a deposit of € 750.00 in advance and if things are broken or the villa has not been left tidy, we will settle this with the deposit, of course we do not assume this!
We check electricity consumption on an app, the costs for consumption € 0.50 per KWh are deducted from the deposit and if nothing else is lost, you will get the rest of the deposit back.
Because we are very proud and very careful of our beautiful villa, we have a critical selection of tenants. For example, we do not accept youth groups. We also ask everyone to provide a copy of their passport. There is also always a chance that the police will come to check whether the information we have passed on is correct and whether the reported persons are also present.
