If you want to enjoy a nice holiday in a great villa under the Spanish sun!

This luxury detached villa has a beautiful and privacy-offering garden all around, the villa also has a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea.
Villa Maestros has been offered for rent since 2022, has been completely renovated and fully equipped. We have a fantastic and unique property with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on a beautiful plot all around. Due to its good location, you can enjoy the sun all day and lie comfortably at our new and beautiful swimming pool.

By using attractive materials, our house exudes a cozy and warm atmosphere that is missing in most holiday homes.
In the "Ibizastyle" kitchen, you will find two large fridge-freezer combinations, you can also cook on our 5 burner gas stove with a large electric oven, there is of course a microwave, dishwasher,  coffee maker and a kettle, furthermore, the kitchen is fully equipped, utility room with washing machine & dryer

The total of five bedrooms are all equipped with lovely double beds, the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower, double sink and toilet. The 2nd & 3rd^{bathroom are} both equipped with a spacious walk-in shower, sink and toilet. All bathrooms include a hairdryer
All bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning on remote control

There is also a camping bed and a high chair in the villa

In the evening, the lighting transforms the garden into a fairytale scene.
Good wifi is available in and around the house

In the living room there is a comfortable corner sofa, a TV and a large dining area walking outside you enter our beautiful and fantastic naya where you can relax with a view of the sea

Our covered outdoor terrace has a long sofa, tables and chairs from there you walk down a staircase and you come to the pool with several sunbeds and a 2 person lounge bed, the pool offers a lot of privacy because it is located below, we also have a terrace with a seat and a hammock where you can relax, We also have a special BBQ corner here.

The villa is wheelchair friendly with the exception of the bedroom in the basement, the location of the villa is perfect. It is about 10 minutes by car to the beach of Albir, In 5 minutes by car you are in the center of lively Alfaz

Mandatory additional costs:
During your stay we provide linen, the beds are made on arrival and there is a towel package, the costs together are € 17.50 per person, the villa is also cleaned before your arrival so that you can fully enjoy all the days you stay here. This cleaning fee is a one-off € 225.00
The above are fixed mandatory additional costs because we want to adhere to a certain quality standard.

For this you will receive a nice clean house on arrival, your beds are made and you will receive a towel package. It is also included that the house is cleaned inside and out on departure. The intention is that you leave the house tidy when you leave, but this goes without saying!
You pay a deposit of € 750.00 in advance and if things are broken or the villa has not been left tidy, we will settle this with the deposit, of course we do not assume this!
Upon arrival, the inventory list will be discussed with you and the level of the electricity. These will be checked again after departure, electricity consumption € 0.50 per KWh will be deducted from the deposit and if nothing else has been lost, you will get the rest of the deposit back.

If you would like an extra package of linen and towel package, the costs can also be € 17.50 per person

Because we are very proud and very careful of our beautiful villa, we have a critical selection of tenants. For example, we do not accept youth groups. In Spain, it is also mandatory that everyone submits a copy of their passport to the police and the municipality. You don't have to do this, we ask for a copy from you when booking and do it for you. But this does mean that there is always a chance that they will come to check whether the information passed on is correct and whether the reported persons are also present.
