Welcome to Villa D'Alfaz, a place where memories are made. Once the beloved family home of our parents, and now completely renovated with care and love into an attractive, comfortable holiday villa where young and old immediately feel at home.

Not a standard holiday home, but a place with character, warmth and attention to detail. Think of calm, natural tones, new floors inside and a renewed terrace off the living room, modern bathrooms and a completely renovated kitchen. All with one goal: a relaxing, luxurious and homely stay.

Living & enjoying

The villa is on the ground floor, spacious and comfortably furnished and fully equipped. Inside and outside merge seamlessly, allowing you to fully enjoy the Spanish outdoors.

The bright living room (approx. 45 m²) invites you to relax together:

two spacious sofas, a comfortable relaxing chair, an attractive gas heater and SMART TV with Dutch channels. Of course there is air conditioning (hot/cold) and central heating for every season.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave and a large fridge with freezer. Please note: in the photos the kitchen is still being completed, the last details are currently being placed.

The villa has three comfortable bedrooms:

2 bedrooms with double beds

1 bedroom with two single beds

Each bedroom has air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom, ideal for privacy and comfort.

Everything is there so that even the youngest guests feel welcome and parents can enjoy carefree.

Large terrace off the living room (recently renovated)

Whether you want to sunbathe, dine together or read a book in the shade, it's all possible here.

Perfect location

Quietly located just outside the village center of Alfaz del Pi, but everything close by by car:

Albir & Benidorm beach: approx. 8 minutes

Altea: an absolute must with its white streets, atmospheric squares and beautiful views

Alicante Airport Airport: approx. 65 km

In the area you will find beautiful trips such as Guadalest and the Jalon Valley, but also plenty of restaurants, beaches and activities.
