Do you like the feeling of coming "home" in your luxury holiday villa? Casa Pino is a comfortable, detached villa (270 m2) with private pool in a quiet and hilly area on 850 m2 of land. Due to the size of the villa and the 2 bathrooms, this is an ideal accommodation for 2 families.

Ideally located 5 km from the various beaches. Alfaz del Pi has several supermarkets, bars and the beach Albir has many cozy restaurants and terraces on the boulevard. The hustle and bustle of Benidorm is 5 km away as well as the picturesque Altea. There are plenty of hiking opportunities, from the villa you can walk straight into the mountains. For golf enthusiasts, there are several courses in the vicinity.

From now on, our villa is also extra attractive for hikers! As a base for the new Pilgrimage, from southeast Spain to Santiago de Compastello. For the first part of this new Pilgrimage (total 1555 km) with the church square of Alfaz del Pials starting point, Casa Pino is an ideal place to stay and base for walks of about 20 km per day.

We have lived in Casa Pino for 3 years, which is already 20 years ago, and it still feels like coming home to our house in Alfaz del Pi. Now that we work less, we have the pleasure of going to our house more often and longer, which is why our house is not often available for rent, but who knows, there might be a period for you! You come into a house with many personal memories (photos) and things, many plants in and around the house, you come a kind of home,

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
- cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
- cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
- cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
- cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.

Is a pleasant village with many shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The center is 3 kilometervan the villa. Supermarkets summer open every day until 21.00.

lie at different distances from Alfaz del Pi. The Albir beach is 5 km, pebble beach but pleasant promenade in the summer market stalls along the beach. Benidorm is located about 7 kilometers away from us. For 'n quieter beach stay: La Cala de Finestrat or the beaches of Villajoyosa, 12 kilometers.

in Spain you can not drink from the tap. Buy bottled water or as the Spaniards do: you fill bottles with water from the source from the wall!
