The villa is quietly located in a one-way street with only local traffic, but is within walking distance of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, medical assistance (approx. 10 min.) and beach (approx. 15 min.). No car needed! 

In Villa Marlene you lack nothing, there is satellite TV (streaming services, all EU channels), high-speed fiber optic internet, central heating (with connection to the mains so no lugging gas bottles ;-), air conditioning and ceiling fan in all bedrooms, washing machine, complete kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, two large fridge-freezers, air fryer, Senseo, hand blender, egg cooker and induction hob.

Villa Marlene has three floors, each with its own terrace on the south-east. On the ground floor you will find a spacious cozy living room with direct access to the sunny terrace with private swimming pool of 8 x 4 with hot water outdoor shower. In the front garden of the villa you will find a cool seating area for hot days and a driveway with pergola for 1 car. There is also plenty of free parking in the area. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 en suite with rain shower, the other with shower/bath. On the second floor you will find a spacious attic with 1 bed, desk, library and a spacious roof terrace on the south.

Albir offers entertainment for all generations. Various water sports and mini golf can be practiced on the beach. You can also rent a boat in Altea for a day at sea. There are several golf courses in the area with attractive green fees. Hiking trips and jeep and quad safaris are offered and there are also several gyms, tennis/padel courts and wellness centers. Night out? Within walking distance you will find the cozy Zawa club, Cuba bar and of course all the bars and restaurants in the village and on the beach. And then there is of course the bustling Benidorm and the spectacular Benidorm Palace about a 10-minute drive away. For churchgoers there is the Dutch Interdenominational Congregation "het Anker" in Benidorm. In the vicinity you will also find the theme parks Terra Mítica, Terra Natura, Aqualandia and Mundomar. Nice trips can also be made to the picturesque Guadelest and the cooling waterfalls of Algar. 

Are you traveling with a baby or toddler? On request we can arrange a camping bed, high chair and changing mat, of course free of charge.
