On site, all the necessary comfort and privacy is available in a cozy fully equipped villa with a blissful, weekly maintained swimming pool (8 x 4 m). You can have fast internet - wifi - TV with TV Vlaanderen, radio, air conditioning, alarm, spacious covered terrace with dining table and cozy lounge, large sun terrace around the pool with outdoor furniture.

Villa Olivero has 3 bedrooms , the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom plus 1 separate bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and double sink. In addition, there is a separate guest toilet, laundry room with washing machine and storage room.

The tastefully decorated living room (45 m2) with fully equipped open kitchen enjoys lots of light and opens onto the large covered terrace. The first bedroom has a double bed and en suite bathroom, with sink, walk-in shower and toilet. The second bedroom also has a double bed. The third bedroom has 2 separate box spring beds  that can be placed against each other. 
All rooms offer ample storage space and thanks to the air conditioning, it stays nice and cool in the summer.
During the winter, you can also use the air conditioner as heating. The living room also has a wood-burning fireplace and ceiling heating.

You can park your car in the covered parking lot of the domain, neatly closed off from the street with an automatic roller gate. You can enjoy the sun (300 days a year!) in the landscaped south-facing garden, with large terraces and the swimming pool. The perfect place for a nice BBQ! 
From the covered terrace and garden you have fabulous views of both the mountains and the Vega Baja, with many orange fields, lemon plantations, pomegranates, almond and olive trees.

Fancy a day at the beach? By car you are half an hour on one of the many sandy or natural beaches.
Hikes in the mountains, tennis or padel; trip to the mountain villages or to beautiful Elche, Murcia or Alicante; all nearby. Cycling and mountain biking can be done in the adjacent mountains as well as nearby next to the canal (asphalt road). A short distance away there are several large shopping centers; both in Elche and La Zenia with numerous restaurants and bars.

The village of Albatera has all the necessary amenities: supermarkets, shops, banks, pharmacies, health center, sports center, weekly market, restaurants and taverns ..... Villa Olivero is located halfway between Alicante and Murcia, next to the historic beautiful Elche and half an hour's drive from Alicante airport.
