All rooms offer sufficient storage space and thanks to the air conditioning it stays nice and cool in the summer. During the winter you can also use the air conditioning as heating. The living room also has a wood-burning fireplace and ceiling heating.
In addition to a separate guest toilet, Olivero also has a second spacious bathroom with sink, walk-in shower, bath and toilet.
The tastefully decorated living room (45 m2) with fully equipped open kitchen enjoys a lot of light and opens onto the large covered terrace with lounge and outdoor furniture. The perfect place for a tasty BBQ!
You can enjoy the sun (300 days a year!) in the south-facing garden, with large terraces and the swimming pool (9x4m). The garden treats you to fabulous views of the mountains and the Vega Baja, with many orange fields, lemon plantations, pomegranates, almond and olive trees.
The house is also equipped with internet and TV. There is also a spacious laundry room with washing machine and storage.
You can park your car in the parking lot of the domain, neatly closed off from the street with an automatic roller gate.
Fancy a day at the beach? You can reach one of the many sandy beaches in half an hour by car.
