The villa is located in a neat and quiet urbanization within walking distance of the authentic Spanish village of Adsubia with its picturesque narrow streets.
Adsubia is located about 10 kilometers off the coast of the Costa Blanca and at the foot of the rugged mountain area of Vall de Gallinera, beautifully situated between the mountains, beautiful orange plantations and beautiful hiking trails.
In just 10 minutes you can drive to the quiet beach of Rio Mar near Oliva.
An oasis for beach lovers, but if you want to be a bit more active, the mountain area is a paradise for cyclists and hikers. Despite the fact that Adsubia has less than 800 inhabitants, you will still find 3 fine restaurants where you can go for a drink and eat delicious food on 1 of the nice terraces. There is also a bakery in the village where you can get freshly baked bread for breakfast in the morning.
In 5 minutes you drive to the neighboring village of Pego with a number of large supermarkets.
Here you will also find a wider range of restaurants, terraces, shops and a nice market.
For even more entertainment, you can reach the busy tourist resorts of Denia or Gandia in about 25 minutes by car with a very wide range of restaurants, terraces, shops, lounge bars, tourist market and even funfair. 
You will also find other interesting places nearby such as Valencia, Jávea, Moraira, Altea, Calpe, Benidorm, Guadelest, the waterfalls of Algar and the famous market of Jalón.
Casa 68 montañas y el mar is located between the airports of the major cities of Alicante (110 km) and Valencia (100 km) where you can of course also rent a car.

The house itself has recently undergone a major refurbishment .
New now also air conditioning in the living room/kitchen and all 3 bedrooms.
With new trendy furniture, new spacious box spring beds and nice decorations, the house is very tastefully decorated. The kitchen has been completely renovated (Feb '20) and equipped with modern appliances.
Next to the spacious living/dining room with kitchen you will find the covered naja where you can have breakfast in the shade in the morning or enjoy the evening sun in the evening.
There are 3 spacious bedrooms , all with a comfortable 2 person box spring bed and air conditioning. The 2 bathrooms are also spacious. One has a large walk-in shower, sink, toilet and bidet and the other has a shower cabin and bathtub in addition to the double sink. There is also a separate toilet with sink in the living room.
At the private swimming pool with outdoor shower you will find a large terrace with outdoor kitchen (hob, oven and fridge), a barbecue, a large dining table, a 6-person lounge set, 4 sunbeds and a lounge sofa where you can enjoy the wonderful view from the mountains to the sea in the sun or shade.

Since a few years we have become devoted to the Costa Blanca.
Our beautiful villa is situated in a beautiful green area with
a beautiful view near Adsubia, an authentic Spanish village.
The wide view, the rugged mountains, the orange plantations, the sun, the sea, the beach, picturesque villages, good food and the relaxed life makes this all a fantastic holiday spot.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The prices do not include cleaning costs and energy costs.
The cleaning costs are €150.00.
The energy costs (electricity) are €0.29 per Kwh
(the meter reading will be taken on arrival and departure)
The costs will be deducted from the deposit.
With normal use, the energy costs will be about €20 to €40 per week.

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example).
The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
  • cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
  • Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property (anymore), the full rent will also remain due.

Additional information

A village with less than two hundred inhabitants that is good for no less than 2 million visitors a year. The main reason for all this visit is the unique location of the original village, which is like a crow's nest in the mountains and can only be reached through a tunnel in the rocks. From Guadalest you will then be treated to a formidable view of the mountains and the slightly lower reservoir of Guadalest.
Make a beautiful round by car through the mountain area of Vall de Gallinera. Via the CV700 and the CV712 you will discover the beautiful nature and you will pass through picturesque villages where time seems to stand still. If you pay attention you can see La Penya Foradada (the hole in the rock). You can also go here on foot to take a nice picture, for example. This popular flea market is a special mix between flea market, tourist market, commodity market and antique market. The wide range works like a magnet on the many bargain hunters who snoop around on Saturday and shuffle patiently in search of unique items. The colorful stalls form a long ribbon of no less than 2 kilometers. A total of 200 to 250 stalls can be found on this market. The market starts at 8 a.m. and ends around 2 p.m.
This quiet beach is the fastest to reach from Adsubia. The beach visitors are usually the Spaniards themselves. If there is a bit of wind, you often see dozens of kite surfers on a specially fenced section of the sea. A beautiful sight all those 'kites'. At campsite Rio Mar you will find a simple restaurant with a terrace.

Close to the port of Denia you will find Plaza San Antonio. A super cozy square with several bars and terraces between the palm trees. During a World Cup or European Championship you can also watch a football match on large TV screens. Definitely worth taking a seat on this terrace.
Fantastic hiking (climbing) tour to the hole in the rock or La Forada also called La Penya Foradada. The tour starts in the mountain area Vall de Gallinera behind Casa 68 in the town of Bennisiva. (It is necessary to drive here by car). Follow the route indicated from here (about 1.15 hours) and you will be rewarded with amazingly beautiful views, culminating in the hole in the rock. Recommended!
Beautiful oceanfront cave, accessible by hiking or kayaking, with swimming and snorkeling ponds. Cova Tallá was a cave that was used as a quarry for the so-called “tosca stone”, which can be found in many buildings in Jávea or in the castle of Dénia. Hence its name, “carved cave”, as we find the cut stone in this aquatic quarry at sea level. It is located in the nature reserve of Parc naturel del cap de Sant Antoni and you need a permit to visit it from June to September. Reservations for the Cova Tallada are free, for a maximum of 5 people per reservation. You can make your reservation up to 10 days before your visit. Always on the official website of Natural Parks of the Generalitat Valenciana. https://parquesnaturales.gva.es/es/web/pn-el-montgo Regulated visits from June 15 to September 30. Each permit allows a maximum of 5 people. The time of authorization is to enter the cave. The maximum stay in the cave is 1 hour and 30 minutes. Reservations can be made 10 days before the visit. The shortest route to the Cova Tallada is from Dénia, from the beach of Les Rotes. You can walk/clamber to it (not suitable for small children and people with walking difficulties) or with a kayak trip (several rental companies in Denia). Take swimsuits. water shoes, snorkeling equipment and a drink!
