Casa Mauri is located in the idyllic mountain village of Santa Engràcia, just over 2 hours from Barcelona. The village offers spectacular views of the Tremp Valley and the Pyrenees. The beautiful surroundings can be explored in many ways: walking, cycling, swimming, rafting and climbing are just a few of the activities you can undertake there.
Casa Mauri consists of four apartments, including 'The Penthouse', with the most beautiful terrace of the entire property.
The Penthouse has a private entrance from the patio. The living room has a television with HDMI, a stereo system and free wifi, and a dining and sitting area. Large windows overlook the spacious roof terrace with a beautiful view to the south.
The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner gas stove and oven, a large refrigerator, a microwave, a toaster, a perculator/cafetera and a wide range of crockery and cooking utensils.
Beyond the kitchen is a bedroom with a double bed. The bedroom gives access to the bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
The communal patio is surrounded by a traditional stone wall. A mature vine grows over the house and patio walls. There is a terraced garden and many pots of flowers and plants adorn the patio. Bath and bed linen are provided.
In Casa Mauri we generate our own energy through solar panels, and we only work with ecological cleaning products.
