Casa Mauri is located in the idyllic mountain village of Santa Engracia, just over 2 hours from Barcelona. The village offers spectacular views of the Tremp Valley and the Pyrenees. The beautiful surroundings can be explored in many ways: walking, cycling, swimming, rafting and climbing are just a few of the activities you can undertake there.
Casa Mauri's is one of the highest located houses in Santa Engràcia. The Farmhouse apartment offers an unforgettable view from the terrace and from the windows. The Farmhouse occupies three floors with a hall on the top floor, leading to the patio. In the hall is a selection of books and games.
One floor below is a large, fully equipped kitchen with plenty of work space.
Adjacent to the kitchen is the spacious living room with a dining table for eight on one side and a sitting area on the other side of the room. In the sitting area there is also a flat screen TV with HDMI and an iPod docking system.
A double door leads from the lounge to the private terrace. The view towards the Tremp valley is breathtaking.
On the lowest floor are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with double beds and the third with two bunk beds (sleeps 4). The middle bedroom has patio doors to a French balcony. All bedrooms have views of the open countryside.
Both bathrooms have a spacious shower, sink and toilet (one with bidet).
Bed linen and towels are provided. A washing machine is available on the patio.
In Casa Mauri we generate our own energy through solar panels, and we only work with ecological cleaning products.
