Casa Mauri is located in the idyllic mountain village of Santa Engràcia, just over 2 hours from Barcelona. The village offers spectacular views of the Tremp Valley and the Pyrenees. The beautiful surroundings can be explored in many ways: walking, cycling, swimming, rafting and climbing are just a few of the activities you can enjoy there.
Casa Mauri consists of four apartments, including 'The Cottage'. The Cottage was originally a storage for straw and hay. Since the renovation it has two spacious and characterful bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed, bedside tables and a wardrobe that are original to the house. The second bedroom has two single beds, a sofa bed and a built-in wardrobe.
The living room has a sloping ceiling with oak beams. A sitting area by the window of the living room overlooks the patio. The living room has a dining area and a sitting area. Tourist information is available in the apartment. There is a flat screen TV with HDMI and free WiFi.
In winter, the living room is heated by a pellet stove. The bedrooms have electric blankets and the bathroom has a gas heater. A door from the living room opens onto a private terrace with a lounge set. The terrace is semi-covered in a traditional style. The terrace is slightly above the patio, as is the whole apartment, and has a view of the Montsec mountains. The patio is surrounded by a traditional arched high stone wall. A mature vine grows over the house and the patio walls and pots of flowers adorn the patio.
Bath and bed linen are provided.
In Casa Mauri we generate our own energy through solar panels, and we only work with ecological cleaning products.
