Villa Tramontana

Casa Tramontana is a cozy family home, built in traditional Catalan style, located in a quiet urbanization in the village of Calonge, with serene views of the vast hills of les Gavarres. The villa is designed on two levels, making it an ideal option for two families, accommodating 4 guests on each floor. Some of the notable features include a private heated swimming pool, private garden, spacious terrace and covered parking.

Recent improvements to the property include the addition of air conditioning in the living/dining room, remote controlled ceiling fans in all rooms and a handy gas BBQ for outdoor cooking, as well as an awning to add shade to the covered terrace on the top floor.

The top floor consists of two bedrooms (one double and one twin), a bathroom, a lounge/dining room with a Bluetooth music player and a modern flat-screen TV, and a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer. The lounge/dining room opens onto a covered terrace, with awning, with beautiful views of the hills and the garden of the house.

On the ground floor you will find two further bedrooms (one twin and one double), a bathroom with shower, and a service area with access to the pool equipped with drinks facilities, a bottle fridge, an additional dishwasher and a washing machine. This level also leads to the pool and games area, with a table tennis table, darts board and an outdoor gas BBQ surrounded by ample seating and an attractive garden. A poolside bathroom/changing area/shower is conveniently located near the heated pool, along with an outdoor shower.

For the convenience of guests, the house has both covered and uncovered parking within the property. The garden is fully enclosed with fences, hedges and locked gates, making the house an ideal environment for families with young children. Casa Tramontana is strategically located close to excellent golf courses and beautiful beaches.

A cot and high chair are available on request.

Well behaved pets are also allowed.

Bed linen and towels (2 per person, bath and shower towel) are included in the price.

Groups of young people under 25 years of age and parties are not allowed in this house. Families and couples looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday are very welcome!
