The cozy and colorful kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook for your loved ones, including an oven, dishwasher, hob, microwave, freezer and electric coffee maker.
The dining room, with a table and chairs, and the living room, with a comfortable sofa, chaise longue, armchair and a Sony smart TV with satellite channels, are perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure on the Costa Brava.
Air conditioning : Enjoy the comfort of air conditioning throughout the house. The living room and kitchen are fully air-conditioned, and all rooms have individual Daikin air conditioning units.

Step outside to the large lawned garden, where your children and pets can play and run to their heart's content. And when it's time to cool off, dive into the beautiful 10x5 meter salt water pool , complete with comfortable sun loungers. A saltwater pool is generally gentler on the skin and eyes and reduces the risk of allergies and sensitivities.
On warm summer evenings, gather with friends on the sunny terrace , equipped with sails to sit in the shade and a Weber barbecue , and enjoy a delicious barbecue dinner with a view of the surroundings and the sea.
