Las Balsas was built in 2012 in the traditional style of Alquézar. Because of its high location on the edge of the village it has a magnificent view over the village and the surroundings. Yet you are a few minutes walk in the middle of the village for a lovely terrace or restaurant. The house is suitable for six people and is located on a private plot of 300 m2. In front of the house is a terrace with morning sun and village view. At the rear is the spacious garden and next to the house is a sheltered terrace with evening sun. Ground floor: Large living room with sitting area, fireplace, dining area, semi open kitchen. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom and bathroom with a shower and toilet. There is also a room with a washing machine and dryer. Upper floor: Two double bedrooms, one en suite with bath and a ^3rd bathroom with shower and toilet. Wifi is available in the house.The house has heating and air conditioning. The house is on a private paved road with parking, so there is no traffic along the house.

I am regularly in Alquezar where I built a house myself called A CASA. This house is also for rent and I already received many satisfied guests. Because it is often fully booked early, I now also rent the house of the neighbors (Las Balsas). Different from atmosphere but with the same amazing view of the magical beautiful Alquezar !. Also possible to rent both houses next to each other with 2 families. We hope to see you soon in Alquezar!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The house can be rented for a minimum of 2 nights.
In July and August there is a fixed changeover day: Friday
Outside of this, any day of the week can be selected as the starting day.
The prices include final cleaning, WiFi, electricity, bed linen and towels, firewood, satellite TV, use of (Dutch-language) walking routes, documentation and maps.
Smoking and pets are not allowed in the house.

Cancellation policy

If you cancel up to six weeks before the rental period, the deposit, 30% of the rental price, will be charged.
If you cancel within six weeks before the rental period, the full rental amount will be charged.
We advise you to take out cancellation insurance.
