Apartmentos Mas de Pau is a casa rural with 5 private apartments located in the heart of the Matarraña in Aragon, Teruel. A small paradise, ideal for rest and relaxation.
The casa rural is located on a 6 hectare finca surrounded by the mountains, but within walking distance of the small village of Fuentespalda.

Rustic 2 bedroom apartment; a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. There is a fully equipped kitchen with an open plan living area. The bathroom has a bath and shower. The apartment has a private entrance and a terrace with armchairs and a garden parasol.
The Matarraña region is characterized by its charming villages and the diversity of nature. The masía has a beautiful view over the mountains of the Els Ports nature park. From here you can walk, climb, mountain bike and horse ride. The GR route runs through the finca and the climbing rock (Via Ferrata) starts just 100 meters away. Also nearby are the caves of Coveta de l'Aigua.
Guests can also enjoy the various terraces with olive and almond trees or play a game of pétanque on site. There is a large terrace with dining table, solarium and relaxation area, ideal for watching the sunset. And during the summer months you can take a refreshing dip in the pool. Sun loungers and parasols are provided for ultimate convenience.
There is also a covered picnic area with barbecue facilities and pizza oven and a playground for the little ones.

In search of a quieter life, we – Robin and Laura – decided in 2016 to leave Belgium behind and make our dream come true in the Aragonese countryside. It didn't take long before we fell in love with an old farmhouse in the small village of Fuentespalda. In the meantime, we feel completely at home here - just like our 2 children - and we hope that our guests enjoy this little paradise as much as we do.

Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 1 month before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 15th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 14 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
