New holiday home in a fantastic location in the Spanish Pyrenees. Detached with private garden and sun terrace. We bought this new-build house in 2020 and completely refurbished it! Suitable for up to 6 people. With good Wi-Fi!

Layout downstairs: Spacious living room with pellet stove, separate kitchen with all amenities: refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven. 1 bathroom with toilet, sink and walk-in shower. In addition, also washing machine, dryer, games, books.

Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, 2 with box-spring beds (1.60 x 2.00), second bathroom with walk-in shower. You can look out over the mountains from your bed in the master bedroom. Smallest bedroom has a double bed (1.40 x 2.00), and equipped with toys for children.

In the private garden: picnic table, garden furniture for 6 people and 2 luxury sunbeds. We have a sun terrace as we are in one of the sunniest places in Aragon. As a bonus, the most beautiful view you've ever had!

Hi we are Joyce and Joost, Dutch and we live in Belgium. We are very happy with our house in the Pyrenees, equipped with every comfort in one of the most beautiful places ever. Together with our 3 children we enjoy our holidays in Neril. Unfortunately we don't always have a holiday, so we decided to rent out our house as well. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Minimum stay is 3 nights, in addition we charge cleaning costs. Included in the price is a power consumption of up to 60kwH per day. We charge a deposit of € 100 for extra electricity costs. For longer stays in mid or low season, please contact us for a special price.
In the event of cancellation, the following payment obligations apply:

up to 1 week before the start of the stay 75% of the total travel sum
from 1 week to 4 weeks start of stay 50% of the total travel sum
more than 4 weeks but less than 6 weeks before the start of the stay: the deposit of € 100
more than 6 weeks: we refund the deposit
