We welcome you in our villa Casa Atajo.Quietly located and yet within walking distance of bustling Cómpeta!

The sports enthusiasts among us have also been thought of, you can enjoy a tough / less spicy cycling and/or walking routes. 

For cyclists, there is a special enclosed area within the enclosed domain, so your bicycles are always safely stored.

After the effort, of course, relaxation follows and you can relax in the private pool, or you can book a private massage at home that is specialized for cyclists. He is an avid cyclist/mountain biker himself in this beautiful region.

Also for those who like to go shopping, the house is centrally located between Malaga, Nerja, Tore del Mar etc.
The chilled bottle of cava is ready.
In short, there is something for everyone!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

IN LOW AND MID SEASON A SUBSTANTIAL DISCOUNT CAN BE GIVEN FOR STAYS OF 4 WEEKS OR MORE
When booking, 50% of the rental price must be  paid
At least 30 days before check-in, the full amount must be paid as well as all costs and deposit.  The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant.

Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period:
free
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period:
25% of the rent
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period:
50% of the rent
Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period:
100% of the rent
If the tenant announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will no longer use the rented property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
