Years ago I moved from the Netherlands to Spain and bought this house because I wanted to live there myself. Especially in the summer it is wonderful to be away from the busy coast and to have peace and quiet, but the coast is not far away for when I would like to look for the crowds. Due to the distance to my partner's work, we unfortunately have to live in a different place and I offer this house for rent.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

- In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge- In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
    - In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
    - In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
    - In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
   - If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the rented property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
