Cortijo la Tuya

Near Lake Viñuela in Andalucía, southern Spain, in a quiet urbanization on a small courtyard is our 4-person holiday home. 

Spacious open living room with fireplace. 2 bedrooms with extra long beds of 220cm. 1 Bedroom with a king-size double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedrooms with air conditioning and ceiling fan.

Bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin and raised toilet. 

Kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge-freezer.

Garden of 600m2 which is fenced and equipped with several terraces and private swimming pool with outdoor shower.

The terraces offer space for al fresco dining, a lounge set by the pool, as well as 4 sunbeds and a small coffee corner on the other side of the house. 

Private parking. 

The rental includes:

  • Beds made
  • Linen
  • Pool maintenance
  • Wifi
  • wood for the fireplace
  • Gas for the stove in colder periods

Electricity and water are included in the rental price. Charging Electric car is charged separately. 

If desired, a folding cot can be provided for 3€ per night.

Dogs are welcome. Garden is fenced. Dog bed and food bowls available. Dog costs 5€ per night extra.

Cancellation policy

  • Cancellation up to 16 days after booking: no charge
  • Cancellation from the 17th day to 42 days before arrival: 20% of the rent
  • Cancellation from 42 days to 28 days before arrival: 30% of the rental price
  • Cancellation from 28 days to 14 days before arrival: 75% of the rent
  • Cancellation from 14 days to the day of arrival: 90% of the rent
  • Cancellation on the day of arrival: 100% of the rental price
